international shipping

at this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the united states. we are still a very small business and will be able to service more of our international customers as we grow.

processing time

when your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. if you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@shaped-home.com for your confirmation. if you need any help with your order, please contact us immediately. we will not be able to assist you once your order is shipped.

please check and ensure that the address you've entered is the correct address. we are not responsible for any non-delivery due to mistakes in the shipping address that you provide.

once your order has been placed, there will be a two week processing period in which your items are being handmade for you. 

shipping time

traditional shipping will be calculated at checkout through UPS based on your order weight, package dimensions, and distance. unless otherwise selected, your package will be shipped through UPS Ground.

local delivery

for customers local to indianapolis and surrounding areas (delivery radius shown below), local drop off will be an option at a lower rate than traditional shipping. to opt in, select "local delivery" while checking out and we will personally deliver the shipment to your address. this also guarantees that your order will arrive with no damage. we will send an email when your order is ready along with your expected delivery date and time frame. drop offs will be delivered from tues-fri 4-8pm and sat 12-5pm.

local delivery flat rate:

we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

to start a return, you can contact us through our contact form or email at returns@shaped-home.com. put the words "return" or "exchange" in the subject area with your order number and full name attached. 

if your return is accepted, you will receive your refund through your original payment method within 10 days with the return shipping fee deducted from the original amount. we’ll also send you a return shipping label, place the return label over the original and take your package to your nearest UPS or schedule a pickup through the UPS website. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages and issues
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions / non-returnable items
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

exchanges
the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. as above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
